OhGlow Refund Policy

OhGlow offers a 3-day return policy for all unopened and unused products. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at ohhgloww123@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number and return reason
- Return the product in original packaging
Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-refundable items include: opened/used products, items with broken seals, and personalized products. For damaged or defective items, contact us with photos within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
